1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Made-to-Order Fulfilment

At Moníre, every garment is individually crafted on demand. This ensures each piece is tailored with precision and care, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and zero-waste production.

  • No Mass Inventory: We do not hold stock. Your piece is created from scratch after purchase.

  • Production Timeline: Our standard production period ranges from 10–18 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Shipping Notification: Once production is complete, you will be notified and provided with tracking details.

  • Custom/Multiple Orders: Larger orders may require slightly more time. Please allow 1–3 extra days for quality assurance checks.

Please note: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, production times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or limited-edition drops.


1.2 Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • UK Standard: 2–4 business days

  • UK Express: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

We ship via Royal Mail, DHL Express, or UPS, all with full tracking and delivery confirmation.


1.3 International Duties & Compliance

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT, depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid by the recipient.

  • All shipments comply with:

    • UK Export Control Order 2008

    • UK Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018

    • Applicable international trade laws.


2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

2.1 Return Window

  • UK Customers: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • International Customers: Notify within 21 days.

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

  • Custom or personalized orders

Because we handcraft each item, we encourage customers to carefully check our size guide before ordering.


2.2 How to Return

To begin a return, email  with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved:

  • You’ll receive return instructions and a Return ID.

  • Returns must be sent in original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

We comply with:

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013)

  • Consumer Rights Act (2015)


3. EXCHANGES

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer exchanges for size-related concerns. If there is a production error or item is received incorrectly, we will:

  • Offer a corrected version

  • Or issue a full refund


4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide images and a brief description

We will replace, refund, or repair the item as appropriate, depending on the severity of the issue.


5. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during your shopping experience is:

  • Used solely for processing your order and communication

  • Stored securely using encryption protocols

  • Never sold or shared without your consent

7. PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP)

  • We are not VAT registered at this time

  • International buyers are responsible for applicable import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees as per their local laws


8. GOVERNING LAW

These policies and terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

In addition:

  • International customers are protected under the OECD Guidelines for Consumer Protection in E-Commerce and local laws of their country

  • Online sales and disputes are interpreted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law on E-Commerce
